Now one of the issues that I have had with the game has finally been resolved thanks to a new mod called Holds - The City Overhaul mod, which transforms the hold of Skyrim into active cities that look like they can actually support the Skyrim Rebellion/Civil War and adds several new settlements that add a lot more life into the wide expanses of the Skyrim Landscape.
